Combine job parts

Define the settings for the entire job.

Push the ‘Combine’ button (the system status must be ‘Ready for next part’).

Put your original on the glass platen or in the ADF.

Define the settings for the job part 1).

Push the ‘Combine’ button.

Repeat steps 2 - 4 untill all your parts are scanned.

Push the green button.
If you select a number copies that is larger than 1 and there is not enough
memory space, the quantity of copies will be automatically set to 1.
You can also make a booklet out of combined job parts. For example if you
have different papersizes, single and double sided copies, copies from a book
and you want to make a booklet out of it.

Open the ‘Extra’ index

Select the ‘Layout’ subindex.

Select the ‘Booklet’ option.

Indicate whether the originals are 1-sided or 2-sided using the ‘Original’
function button.

Define the settings for the entire job.

Place the originals on the glass platen or in the ADF.

Push the ‘Start part’ button.

Continue steps 4 and 5 until all parts are ready.

Press the start button .
