Jams in the Front Area of the Unit

If the top edge of the paper has passed through the fixing assembly:

❍

Pass the paper under the roller.

❍

Use both hands to carefully pull the jammed paper.

❍

Pull gently being careful not to tear the paper. Make sure no paper
remains inside the unit.

❍

Be sure to remove all the jammed paper. Any remaining paper will
cause more jams.
