2.Installing the tip of the support guide downward
-It is effective in prevention of a fall of the curled paper.
-It is effective in prevention of a fall of the paper which is put again (*1) on the tray by user.
NOTE:
*1. It means that the user picks up the paper from the tray and returns it on the tray.
The paper which returned on the way of the tray is pushed by the next delivered paper
so that the paper will be fallen, or the paper will be fallen by being pushed repeatedly.

3.Installing the tip of the support guide upward
-When a sufficient effect is not obtained by the above step 2.
Caution:
When the tip of the support guide is installed upward and the auxiliary trays are put
back in the finisher tray and then the long size paper is delivered, a paper jam may
occur in the delivery section of the finisher. Explain to a user that a paper jam may
occur when the auxiliary trays are put back in the finisher tray.
