Installation Space Requirements

The imagePRESS C800/C700 Series machine approximate installation space
requirements may differ, depending on how the machine is configured and
the optional accessories attached. Always ensure that there is enough space
for servicing and operation of the main unit and configuration.

IMPORTANT

•

Rear Space:

•

Keep the back of the machine at least 4” (100 mm) away from a wall
when the Main Unit is configured with the Output Tray-A1, Duplex
Color Image Reader Unit-H1, Upright Control Panel-D1, and finishing
options (Finisher-AM1, Saddle Finisher-AM2).

Note: To service the imagePRESS C800/C700 configured with the
finishing options an additional 15 minutes is required for service to
accommodate separating and moving the Finisher from the
imagePRESS and then returning, reconnecting and leveling the
module.

•

Keep the back of the machine at least 31.5” (800 mm) away from a
wall when the Main Unit is configured with any paper feed or
additional accessories.

•

Front and Sides

•

Make sure that at least 19.75” (500 mm) of space is left around the
front, left, and right sides of the when the Main Unit is configured with
the Output Tray-A1, Duplex Color Image Reader Unit-H1, and
Upright Control Panel-D1.

•

Make sure that at least 39.4” (1,000 mm) of space is left around the
front, left, and right sides of the machine when the Main Unit is
configured with finishing options, paper feed options or additional
accessories.
