Removing the Positioning Plate
Unit

1) Remove the PCB cover.
2) Remove the saddle stitcher controller (4

screws [1], 13 connectors [2])

[ 1 ]

[ 5 ]

[ 4 ]

3) Disconnect the two connectors [3] (motor,

paper sensors) and two screws [4].

4) Slide the unit [5] right and left to remove it.
