Attaching the Optional Base Plate
When using the optional CR-BP100 base plate, attach the base plate before installing the camera head. Depending on
the installation location and position, attach also the eye bolts and clamps if necessary.
1.
Place the base plate surface with the “CAMERA SIDE” label on it on the bottom surface of the camera
head and secure it in place using the hex head bolts (M8, x4) supplied with the base plate. Insert the
bolts from the surface with the special bolt dents.
2.
If necessary, attach the eye bolts (M16, x4).
3.
If necessary, attach the 50 mm (2.0 in.) clamps (M10, x2) or the 50 mm/60 mm (2.0 in./2.4 in.) clamps
(M12, x2).
When attaching eye bolts or clamps to the base plate, use bolts that protrude at least as follows.

M10: 11 mm (0.43 in.) or more
– M12: 13 mm (0.51 in.) or more
–
M16: 14 mm (0.55 in.) or more
