1. Temperature of Room in (C or F)

** Although a medium Fire is displayed it is not
available on this heater, it is actually operating
on High Fire when displayed.

The display when the thermostat is
initially turned on or when batteries are
replaced shows;
Current room temperature;
default clock display;
Default day of the week display.

Settings
Change between °C and °F
Teaching RF thermostat ID code to control unit.
CAUTION:
The thermostat has already been programmed with a
unique code. Do not attempt to teach the RF Thermostat ID code
unless instructed by the manufacturer.
The LCD display will show ‘CL’ (Code Learn) for 2 seconds then return to
the normal OFF state display. During this time a special code will be
transmitted by the Thermostat to the Control Unit, causing the Control
Unit to learn its ID.
With the thermostat off, press the following sequence of buttons:
‘P ’, ‘T ’, ‘T ’,‘UP ’
.
Restore factory default settings.
The automatic mode factory default settings can be restored to those
found on page 10.
With the thermostat off, press the following sequence of buttons:
‘P ’, ‘T ’, ‘T ’,‘DOWN ’
.
The thermostat temperature display can be set to°C or °F. The default is °C.
With the thermostat off, press the following sequence of buttons:
‘P ’, ‘T ’, ‘T ’
,‘A/M ’
.
Please note, thermostat settings need to be actioned within a period
of 2 seconds total.
An additional feature of your heater is the ‘Back up Switch’
This allows the heater to be in operation in a basic functional manner
without the remote control.
It operation is fully described on page 17.
