11. Remove any slack from the two guy ropes by pulling on the free end of each rope.

12. Connect the solar panel to the regulator and uncover the solar panel.
3.4 Solar panel angle
The solar panel should be oriented to receive maximum insolation (incident solar radiation) over
the course of a year.
Table 3-1 (p. 19) suggests optimal angles for the solar panel through a range
of latitudes.
