Attach a high-lift jack to the loop and jack the anchor up about 6 inches to
rotate the anchor into the load-lock position.
4.
Move the tripod back into position. Loosen the turnbuckle evenly at both
ends until the hook at the top end can be slipped over one of the leg
mounting bolts at the bottom of the tripod base.
5.
Tighten the turnbuckle until the tripod is firmly secured to the anchor.
6.
Install the ground spikes in the tripod feet as described in Section
(p. 12)
