6 - MAINTENANCE

WARNING!
• If the battery set (1) is not re-charged every 120 days, as duly indicated in par. 7.1.6, it will
irreparably get damaged.
6.1.7 Anvil replacement
The following operations shall be performed in the indicated order:
•
Remove the cutting blade (14) (see par. 6.1.4)
•
Remove the screw (33)
•
Replace the anvil (16)
•
Insert the pin (29) into the shear body and into the anvil (16) without tightening it
•
Assemble the screw (33) without tightening it
•
Tighten the pin (29)
•
Tighten the screw (33)
•
Remove the pin (29)
•
Assemble the cutting blade (14) (see par. 6.1.4)
6.2 Special maintenance

Point.

7 - DISMANTLING AND DISPOSING OF THE COMPONENTS
7.1 General
At the end of its working life, the tool has to be dismantled.
The tool components shall be divided in order to dispose of them according to the materials they are made of
(batteries, metal, plastic, etc) and in compliance with the regulations of the country where the tool was used.
7.2 Dead batteries disposal
The dead and/or damaged batteries disposal and handling have to be carried out according to the Directive
91/157/CE or the corresponding regulations of the country where the batteries were used.
