Inserire il dado M8 (UNI 5588) nella
sede del semiguscio superiore ed
avvitare leggermente la vite M8x35
(UNI 5923).
Nota: per palo serranda con Ø 48 mm,
applicare i due semigusci di color
nero contrassegnati con il n° M-535
attorno al palo, compresi i semigusci
inferiore e superiore del motoriduttore,
altrimenti, se il palo è di Ø 60 mm,
applicare direttamente il semiguscio
inferiore e superiore.
Fissare il tutto con la vite antirotazione
M8 in corrispondenza del foro da Ø 11
mm e le viti a testa cilindrica M8x50
(UNI 5931), avvitare completamente
la vite UNI 5923 per togliere eventuali
giochi tra palo serranda e motoridut-
tore.
Ingrassare la parte di scorrimento dei
due semigusci (superiore e inferiore),
inserire le due boccole di color bianco
ed ingrassarle la parte esterna.
Introduzca la tuerca M8 (UNI 5588) en
el alojamiento de la carcasa superior y
enrosque ligeramente el tornillo M8x35
(UNI 5923).
Nota: para el eje del cierre enrollable
de Ø 48 mm, aplique las dos carcasas
de color negro identifi cadas con el n°
M-535 alrededor del eje, incluidas las
carcasas inferior y superior del motor-
reductor; por el contrario, si el eje es
de Ø 60 mm, aplique directamente las
carcasas inferior y superior.
Fije todo con el tornillo de seguridad
M8 en correspondencia del agujero
de Ø 11 mm y los tornillos de cabeza
cilíndrica M8x50 (UNI 5931), enroque
completamente el tornillo UNI 5923
para eliminar los juegos que pudiera
haber entre el eje del cierre enrollable
y el motorreductor.
Engrase la parte de deslizamiento de
las dos carcasas (superior e inferior),
introduzca los dos casquillos de color
blanco y engráseles la parte exterior.
Insert the M8 nut (UNI 5588) into the
housing of the upper semi-shell and
twist the M8x35 screw (UNI 5923)
slightly.
Note: for the Ø 48 mm shutter post,
apply the two black semi-shells marked
with M-535 around the post, including
the lower and upper semi-shells of the
gearmotor, otherwise, if the post measu-
res Ø 60 mm, apply the lower and upper
semi-shell directly.
Fasten the unit with the M8 anti-rotation
screw in correspondence to the Ø 11
mm hole and the M8x50 (UNI 5931) fi -
lister screw; tighten the UNI 5923 screw
to remove any slack between the shutter
post and the gearmotor.
Lubricate the sliding part of the two
semi-shells (upper and lower) insert the
two white bushes and grease the exterior
part.
