TITLE 11 commissioning via panel
Ensure the wiring is complete (refer to the wiring diagram) & any required physical stops are set before
commencing with programming
Tick
1. Power on the control panel
2. Press and hold the
button for 2 seconds to access programming
3. Set the language
LANGUAGE
– Choose Language
4. Disable total stop

6. Enable the Encoder

7. Set the number of motors

8. Set the motor type

9. Press the button to exit

CAUTION, Ensure the gate movement area is clear of all obstructions
10. Check the motor direction
TEST MOT
For motor 2, Press and hold =M2
The gate should open, if not reverse the motor cables for motor 2 (Connections X, Y)
Leave the gate leaf in the halfway position.
For motor 1, Press and hold =M1
The gate should open, if not reverse the motor cables for motor 1 (Connections U, V)
Leave the gate leaf in the halfway position.
11. Setup the Encoder

The Gates will now perform a close and open cycle.
12. Exit the programming using the button
13. Check the gate operation by pulsing across connections 2 & 7, the gate will close
