Removeable hitch pin and washer which are removed prior to threading
this bolt into the trunion bracket. Replace the pin and washer after the
bolt has been threaded sufficiently into the bracket. This pin acts as a
safety precaution so that the elevation adjustment mechanism cannot be
inadvertantly disengaged from the trunion bracket during fine adjustment
adjustment procedures.
