Function
The Caleffi MixCal™ three-way thermostatic mixing valve is used in
systems producing domestic hot water or in hydronic and radiant
heating systems. With the unique mixing chamber design, MixCal
produces very stable mixed water temperture as inlet temperatures
and pressures vary. Scale formation is minimized with anti-scale
polymer sliding surfaces, preventing siezing or erratic mixed
temperatures. O-ring seals made from durable peroxide-cured EPDM
resist wear from common water treatment additives such as chlorine
and chloramines.
