CREATING AN XTERMW CONNECTION PROFILE 

A connection profile is a group of configuration settings created in XtermW and saved to use again for convenience 
when connecting to an Ethernet port using the same settings. 

To create an XtermW connection profile 

1.

 

Open 

XtermW

 if it is not already open. 

2.

 

From the 

File

 menu, select 

New Connection

 and the 

Connection Description

 window opens.
