Battery Life

When the reader is fully discharged (not blinking), it is recommended to fully charge the reader (until the display shows
the battery level to 100%). If you do not make a complete charge, the battery percentage shown in the reader display
may not be accurate.
When the battery charge level drops below 20%, (reader blinking red), the reader turns off and it has to be put in
charge for at least 15 minutes or until the battery level exceeds 20%.
By default, if the reader is power on, after 5 minutes of inactivity, it enters in standby mode and starts blinking. To
allow the reader to remain in the
Power on
mode (discoverable or Bluetooth connected), disable the
autoshutdown
function in the configuration file (please refer to §
Configuration file
page 15).
