Verify High Voltage Generator test passes

Verify High Voltage Discharge test passes.

TestDiag pauses and displays a message box prompting to install a shorting bar
(connector) on the first scanner board connector (J1). Install Calibration board using
connectors marked "Shorting Bar." To make a shorting bar, use a scanner board mating
connector (5211036) and solder a shorting wire across all pins.

TestDiag performs several tests on various high-voltage circuit components. Verify that
Passed is displayed after each of the following tests:

Scanner Relay Test

•

High Voltage Select Test

•

High Current Generator Test

•

Scanner Relay Resistance Test

TestDiag pauses and displays a message box prompting to install a 100 M

Ω

resistor

between test point 1 and test point 57. Install Calibration board using connectors
opposite side marked "Shorting Bar."

Click OK, and verify Isolation Amplifier test passes.

19.

TestDiag pauses and displays a message box prompting to remove shorting bars and
resistor banks. Remove all connections to the scanner boards and click OK.

20.

Verify Controller Leakage test passes.
