9 HOW TO OPERATE
THE EQUIPMENT ON
THE ANIMAL
THE HORSE’S NECK AREA
Use the glass cups H2 and H3, with a
medium-sized diameter, to make the
experience comfortable for the horse in
the sensitive areas of his neck.
USE OF H3
After a short period of suction, place the
H3 cup directly on the hardened area for
approx. 5 - 10 seconds, for an immediate
improvement of the lymph flow and
detoxification of the deep tissue.
THE LUMBAR REGION
Many pains and problems which arise in
the horse’s lower back, or lumbar region,
can be treated with cupping therapy, and
will usually be resolved, or greatly
reduced, after a number of sessions.
H2 RECOMMENDATIONS
Especially designed for the larger
surface areas of the lumbar region, the
H2 glass cup offers a middle-sized
diameter and the strongest of all
suction levels. Compatible with H1.
USE OF H4
The H4 glass cup is the smallest of
suction cups. The two knobs, one
placed on each side of the cup, make
for easy handling and precise
placement and fitting of the cup on the
horse’s body.
LIMBS
Should the cupping machine be used on
the legs, set the bar unit low enough so
that the suction pressure is comfortable
for the horse. A rest time of 5 - 10
seconds in between each individual
cupping stroke is necessary.
USE OF H1
For the sensitive, larger regions on the
horse’s body, specifically in the upper
back area, it is recommended to use the
H1 glass cup. With its diameter being the
largest, this cup is optimal for bringing out
the best results.
UPPER BACK
Many of the Head Zones can be found
along both sides of the horse’s back,
which consists of the back, the croup,
and the pelvic area. This region is key
for stimulating and activating the inner
organs to start the self-healing process.
