Battery can’t be started and No light
signal from Indicator.
CAUSES:
Power Cables are abnormal.
ACTION:
1. Switch off the PDU first.
2. Check the PDU power cords are connected on the right port and
the 230V AC supply is on.
3. Open the PDU panel. Check all power connections is correct. With
a multi-meter

The main circuit is always open (The relay is open) if the Indicator shows
RED light
CAUSES:
The communication connection is abnormal.
Failed BMU / Failed Module
Failed Fuse/Relay in PDU.
ACTION:
1. Switch off the system first.
2. Checking all the of communication cables. Correct the wrong
cables.
3. Switch on the system
4. If errors persists, entering the BMS software (upper computer). Via
CAN box to PDU port.
5. Checking all status, messages warnings of battery showed on BMS
interface
6. Perform corresponding methods to the errors. (See Instruction of
BMS software.)

is abnormal.
Over voltage or under voltage.
Over temp or under temp.
CAUSES:
Failed BMU.
Failed modules,( Modules internal failure)
ACTION:
1. Checking all the of communication cables of corresponding
modules. Correct or replace the cables.
2. If errors
persist, locate the modules according the values’ ID
showed in software.
3. Replace the located BMU on the modules with other BMUs.
4. If errors persist, please replace the modules
4 N/A Few Fans started running immediately
after the system is turning on.
CAUSES:
Fan’s Communication connection is abnormal. Or BMU is failed
.
ACTION:
1. Turn off the system
Check if the fans communication cables connected correctly. If not,
correct or replace the cables.
2. If errors persist. Replace the BMU.
3. If failure persist, Please replace the module
