DRIVESHAFT LUBRICATION
Grease fittings are located on the cross assembly of each U-Joint and on the telescoping tubes. Grease the U-
Joint after each 8 hours of use. Do not force grease through the needle cup assemblies. Grease the
telescoping tubes after every 8 hours use. Lubricate the shield bearings every 16 hours.
Universal Joint
Apply Multi-Purpose Grease to the Universal Joint
on each end of the driveshaft every 8 hours of use.
Do not force grease through the needle cup
assemblies.
Shields
Apply 2-3 shots of Multi Purpose Grease to the
safety shield on each end of the driveshaft.
The Driveshaft Integral Shields should not become
dented or otherwise damaged. The Integral Shield
Assembly has a Nylon Bearing at each end and
should turn freely. This nylon bearing should require
lubrication every 16 hours.
Telescoping Tubes
Grease the telescoping tubes after every 8 hours
use. Separate the driveshaft and apply grease to
the inner shaft surface.
