Lowering the table-top: Pull the top knob (Fig. 77,4) out and press the table-top (Fig. 77,1) down in
the centre until you reach the first limit stop (Fig. 77,7).
In the end-point position, the lock audibly snaps into place and the knob
returns to its initial position.
Pull the top knob (Fig. 77,5) out and press the table-top (Fig. 77,1) down in
the centre until you reach the second limit stop (Fig. 77,6).
In the end-point position, the lock audibly snaps into place and the knob
returns to its initial position.
Move the table-top
upwards:
Pull out the lower knob (Fig. 77,5). The table-top automatically moves
upwards to the first limit stop (Fig. 77,7).
In the end-point position, the lock audibly snaps into place and the knob
returns to its initial position.
Pull out the upper knob (Fig. 77,4). The table-top automatically moves
upwards.
In the end-point position, the lock audibly snaps into place and the knob
returns to its initial position.
6.11 Beds
6.11.1 Pull-down bed
The pull-down bed is located in the driver's cabin above the seats.
Opening the pull-down bed: Rotate the driver's and front passenger's seats in the direction of travel,
lock in position, push completely forwards and turn the backrest as far back
as possible.
Close the shade in the driver's cabin.
The maximum permitted pull-down bed load is 200 kg.
The pull-down bed is not to be used for the storage of luggage. When
the bed is not being used, only place the bed linen which is required for
two persons in it.
Before commencing the journey, secure the pull-down bed to the roof
using the retaining belt. Tighten the retaining belt firmly.
Never allow small children to remain in the pull-down bed without super-
vision.
But in particular with regard to small children less than 6 years of age,
users should ensure that they cannot fall out of the pull-down bed.
Use separate children's beds or travel cots suitable for children.
