TROUBLESHOOTING

 

 
 
1. Is the kill switch in the ON position (see page 7) 
2. Is there fuel in the tank (see page 6) 
3. Is the engine flooded (see page 11) 
4. Check the choke lever, is it on (see page 11) 
5. Remove and inspect the spark plug, is it fouled (see page 20) 

If none of these suggestions help, contact us at

The TT40 utilizes a 4 stroke engine.

 

Use only regular pump 87 octane gas. Never mix Oil in the Gas it will severely 
affect the running of your mini bike. Poor running, Hard starting Fouled spark plug, 
excessive carbon build up will be the result of mixing the oil and gas together
