HOW TO USE
HEATING
NOTE:
Carefully unpack the pizza insert. The pizza
stone is fragile and can break if it is dropped
or knocked.
1. Place the pizza insert on the grill surface.
If a gas grill is used, make sure that the
burners are uniformly placed and that the
product is at the back of the grill.
2. Allow the pizza insert to warm up for 5 to
10 minutes, because the radiant heat is
used to cook the food in the product.
3. When the pizza insert thermometer shows
180 to 200°C, place the pizza stone in the
middle of the oven and push in as far as it
goes.
4. Allow the pizza stone to warm up for 3 to
6 minutes.
COOKING
1. Check the temperature of the pizza stone
by splashing a few drops of water on it.
The stone is warm enough if the water
quickly boils away.
2. Use a pizza peel and place the pizza in the
middle of the pizza stone in the middle of
the oven.
FIG. 2
3. After 1 to 2 minutes, turn the pizza a
quarter turn with the pizza peel. Repeat
at intervals of 45 to 60 seconds until the
pizza is ready. The cooking time is about
3 to 6 minutes.
FIG. 3
4. Take out the pizza.
