Rinsing the prepurified machine can also be done with a high pressure cleaner. In this case, however,
necessarily all electrical parts (console, cables, motors, etc.) must be protected against splashing wa -
ter. Attention! Etching residues and any sludge deposits must not enter the drain.
To clean the nozzles remove nozzle bars and transport system as described above.
The nozzle can be removed from the nozzle bar by turning the nut. They may only be rinsed and / or
blown out with compressed air, but not mechanically cleaned.
The filter in the etching zone must be cleaned at regular inter-
vals (every time you change the etchant).
Disposal
The disposal of the etching medium must be negotiated with
the chemical supplier.
The machine is mainly constructed from recyclable materials
and has to be disposed in a proper and environmentally
friendly manner.
