Adjusting Clutch
When the clutch begins to show wear, the
handle reach will become wider, making it
more difficult to reach. Follow these steps
to return the clutch lever back to its original
position.
1. Loosen the jam nut by turning it counter
clockwise with 10 mm wrench.
2. Tighten or loosen the cable by turning the
cable adjustment nut clockwise or counter
clockwise with 10 mm wrench until you have
reached your required tightness.
3. Once tightness is set, return the jam nut
against the handle to hold the cable in place.

If steering becomes difficult to engage follow
these steps to adjust the cable tension.
1. Loosen the jam nut by turning it counter
clockwise with 10 mm wrench.
2. Tighten or loosen the cable by turning the
cable adjustment nut clockwise or counter
clockwise with 10 mm wrench until you have
reached your required tightness.
3. Once tightness is set, return the jam nut
against the handle to hold the cable in place.
If the above adjustment does not create
enough cable tension, follow the steps below:
1. Loosen the jam nut by turning it counter
clockwise with 12mm wrench.
2. Tighten or loosen the cable by turning the
cable adjustment nut clockwise or counter
clockwise with 10 mm wrench until you have
reached your required tightness.
3. Once tightness is set, return the jam nut
against the handle to hold the cable in place.

De stuurhendels instellen
Als de stuurhendels moeilijk te koppelen worden, volg onderstaande
stappen om de kabelspanning in te stellen:
1. Draai de contramoer los door deze tegen de klok in te draaien
met een 10 mm sleutel.
2. Maak de kabel los of vast door de stelmoer van de kabel in de
ene of andere richting te draaien met een 10 mm sleutel, totdat u
de vereiste instelling bereikt.
3. Wanneer de instelling correct is, draai de contramoer tegen de
hendel vast om de kabel vast te houden.
Als de instelling niet voldoende is, om de kabel voldoende te
spannen, volg onderstaande stappen:
1. Draai de contramoer los door deze tegen de klok in te draaien
met een 12 mm sleutel.
2. Maak de kabel los of vast door de stelmoer van de kabel in de
ene of andere richting te draaien met een 10 mm sleutel, totdat u
de vereiste instelling bereikt.
3. Wanneer de instelling correct is, draai de contramoer tegen de
hendel vast om de kabel vast te houden.
De aandrijfriem vervangen
Verwijder de drie riemafdekkappen zoals hieronder
getoond.

Replacing Drive Belt
Remove three belt covers as shown.
Remove the belt cover for gearbox pulley.
Disassemble the two M10
×
25 bolts, spring
washers and flat washers, remove the pump
with flange.
Turn the gearbox pulley and pull out the belt.
Lubrication
The gearbox is pre-lubricated and sealed
at the factory. No need to lubricate until 50
hours use.
After first 50 hours use, change all the
transmission oil. Capacity is 1.5L.
For future use, just check the oil level every 50
hours of working. If remove the drain plug, no
oil flow out, then add the oil.
Use portable tool lithium #0 grease such as
Lubriplate 6300AA , Lubriplate GR-132, or
Multifak, e.g. EP-O.
Transmission oil must be replace when engine
is stopped and warm by unscrewing filler cap
and drain plug. When oil is completely drained,
replace filler cap and fill up with fresh oil.
