ROOM ACCOUNT SETUP

(Formerly Google Apps For Work)

Add a google account to the BookIT display
with permissions to make changes AND
manage sharing.

Go to
Settings
at BookIT main screen.

Type
Master Password
(if it has been set).

Close the application and
wait for the launcher
selection window.

Select
Android Launcher
as default.

Go to
Android Settings
.

Tap
+ Add Account
at the
“ACCOUNTS” section.

Select Google
Account Type

Select
Existing Account
.

Type account
and
Password
.

Select
Synchronization Options
and finish.

Launch
BookIT App
and wait for the launcher
selection window.

Select
Google Account Service
.

Select
Account
from “Select an account”
Dropdown. Selecting an account will
populate the Room List in the second
dropdown below. Select a
Room
from the
Room List. Then press
Login.

Review the account information.

Confirm
and the application will
automatically
Restart
