Getting a call sent to the answering machine

In Ofﬁce mode, it is possible to connect several answering
machines to the switchboard.
To intercept a call directed to one of the answering
machines from another telephone:

• when the answering

machine has started to
function;

•

pick up the phone from

where you want to
answer;

• dial

; the switchboard

automatically gets the call
from the answering machine
in operation;

•

you will be

communicating with
the person who has
activated the answering
machine.
