Editing the password

 

Password for editing

To specify an editing access code different from the one 
used for the basic programming (

1 2 3 4

):

• follow the editing access procedure (previous page), 

after the Start dialing tone;

• dial the code

• enter the new password (4 

figures) e.g.:

wait for the confirm tone;

• hang up.

 

Remote control / unlock password

The remote control password and the temporary unlock 
password of the area codes must not have figures included 
in the activation codes from the external line of other devices 
(e.g.: answering machine, telephone dialing device).

• follow the editing access procedure (previous page), 

after the Start dialing tone;

• dial the code

When using systems with two divisions, the above-mentioned 
procedure will be valid for the Remote control/Unlock password
