Uniform distribution of calls on external line 

(only for Mexico)

For functions “Calling an external number with code “

0

”, 

redial  the  last  external  number  called”  and  “Calling  an 
external number stored in the directory”, the switchboard 
uses  the  external  line  with  the  lesser  number  of  calls 
made. 

 

Three party call 

(only for Mexico)

It  is  possible  to  activate  a  three  party  call  between  two 

switchboard  extensions  and  the  external  line  with  the 
following procedure: 
• the extension speaking puts the external line it is speaking 

with on hold;

• call extension 4xx; 
• begin speaking with extension 4xx;
• press 

R

 to start speaking with the external line again; at 

the same time, extension 4xx keeps the handset lifted; 

• the extension speaking with the external line presses 

R

 

followed by the digit

• the external line user and the two extensions may start 

a three party call.
