Calling all extensions

To call all extensions simultaneously:

• Pick up the handset;

• dial

• all extensions ring

simultaneously; the ﬁrst
extension that answers
gets through, thereby
excluding the others



Calling an external number

To call an external telephone (ﬁxed-line telephone or mobile
phone):

• Pick up the handset;

•

press the

key

(*);

• dial the required telephone

number.

(*) When

is pressed, the switchboard

automatically searches the free
external line; if you want to call using
a speciﬁc line

dial:

to select line 1;

to select line 2;

to select line 3*;

to select line 4*.

* versions 3 and 4 are available only with a special accessory


