Removing the weights in inverse order samples the descent. 
The  procedure  (indicated  on  the  display)  is  the  same  as  for  sampling  the  Full 
Scale Zero, with the only difference that, in this case, more than one point must 
be sampled. 

Zero sampling

 

Zero sampling is necessary whenever the scale has already been calibrated and 
the zero value has moved when the unit switches on. This can happen when the 
preset tare is not known exactly at the moment of the first sampling, or when an 
unexpected weight is on the scale. No sample weight needs to be available.  

The procedure to follow is indicated on the display. 

Inverse 
sampling

 

Inverse sampling can be useful in some cases when it is difficult to load and 
unload the known weight from the weighing device, for example in hoppers or 
batching systems. 

The procedure to follow is indicated on the display.

This option allows you to correct sampling without needing to repeat the procedure. 
Depending  on  the  data  available,  the  correction  can  be  calculated  in  the  different  ways  explained 
below.

If known, the weight correction can be set directly. 
The set value must be within the range: 
- (Capacity/100) <Weight < + (Capacity/100)

By  selecting  Campogalliano  (headquarters  of  the  Manufacturer)  the  gravity 
acceleration  value  of  Campogalliano  (9.80552  m/s)  is  set  automatically. 
Otherwise  you may set a gravity acceleration value within the range (9.60000 ÷ 

10.00000) m/s

destination site 

Knowing the gravity acceleration of the sampling site, you must know the gravity 

acceleration  of  the  destination  site  to  calculate  the  weight  correction.  You  may 
set a value within the range (9.60000 ÷ 10.00000) m/s.  
Otherwise,  the  gravity  acceleration  value  can  be  set  as  the  Coordinates  of  the 
destination site: latitude (0 ÷ 90)° and altitude (-1000 ÷ +9000) m.  
Based  on  the  data  entered,  the  program  calculates  the  weight  correction  and 
enters the value obtained in the Weight parameter.
