You can retrieve a document from another fax
machine in one of two ways. The other fax
machine must be set, ready for polling.

Polling

This allows your Image 370 to retrieve a
document from another fax machine or
another fax machine to retrieve a document
from your Image 370.

Polling calls are charged to the machine which
retrieves the document.

For polling to be successful the calling machine
must use the same password as you have set on
your Image 370.

The password is used to protect the document
being set up for polling from being polled by an
unauthorised fax machine.

Please note that polling using passwords may not
be possible with some fax machines.
