If a document you are sending gets jammed,
the display shows

DOCUMENT JAM

Press the

STOP

button; this may clear the

problem. If not, remove the handset and
press the

PUSH TO OPEN

button and pull

the front panel open as shown below.

Remove any documents in the document
scanner unit.

Help

If you have any problems using your Image 350, this

section will give you the most common solutions.

Paper jam

If paper should get jammed:

You must first remove any loose sheets from
the paper holder.

•

Open the front panel, as for a document jam.

•

Push up the green buttons marked

and

•

Pull forward the document scanner unit as
shown below.
