Every instrument manufactured by

New Brunswick Scientific Co., Inc. is warranted

to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

This apparatus is warranted for 2 years’ material and labor

against faulty components and assembly. Our obligation

under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the

instrument or part thereof which shall, within 2 years after the date

of shipment, prove to be defective upon our examination. This

warranty does not extend to any NBS products which have

been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or improper

installation or application; nor shall it extend to

products which have been repaired or altered

outside the New Brunswick Scientific

factory without prior authorization

from NBS.
