TURNING ON THE TREADMILL
The power cord is located on the front part, under the
tradmill. At the front of the treadmill, there is a light
switch
with
function that should be positioned in
on/off
off
function whenever the tradmill is idle, avoiding accidents
due to involutary activation.

Never proceed or implement modifications/adaptations in eletronic,
electromechanical and/or mechanical adjustment devices. They are designed

EMERGENCY KEY
The emergency key must be attached to the user

s clothing.
From the moment the sensor is removed from the electronic
module, the equipment immediately stops its operation. The
safety clip must be attached to clothing at chest level.
DANGER!
Do not allow others to approach the emergency key while the treadmill is in
use, if the button is pressed suddenly, the user may be thrown forward due to
sudden stoppage.

HEART RATE
Heart rate monitoring is imperative to control the intensity of exercise.
To check your heart rate or monitor your heart rate programs,use the Heart Rate Sensor
(chest strap), Heart Rate Sensor on the treadmill or wrist.
HEARTBEAT SENSOR
This is a sensor that is sensitive to the touch of the hands.
When you touch it, your heart rate will be recorded. Hold
firmly onto both sensors and, after approximately 10
seconds, the heart rate will be displayed as beats per minute
(b.p.m).
