Do not change the position of the axle.
The bow stopper roller can be moved
to change the tongue weight and to
suit the shape of the PWC'S bow.
The bunks can be adjusted to suit the
shape of the PWC's hull.

Move the winch support towards the
front or rear to move the PWC's mass.
This changes the weight applied to
the tongue.
The tongue weight should be from 3 to
10% of the total trailer and PWC
weight with tongue parallel to the
ground.
To adjust, loosen the 4 nuts under-
neath the winch support U-bolts,
move winch support to the desired
position.

Set bow stopper roller so that it leans
on the watercraft bow between rubber
bumper and bow eyelet.
1. Area where the roller must lean
To adjust:
1. Loosen the two (2) nuts under-
neath the rear winch support
U-bolt.
2. Loosen the winch arm adjustment
bolt.
3. Set the bow stopper roller to the
desired height.

5. Tighten the rear U-bolt nuts to
specifications.
