BRP-Rotax

REPAIR MANUAL

Fit the bellows over the valve rod housing (1). The bead of the bellows must engage in the
groove in the valve rod housing.

Tighten the exhaust valve piston (3) into the valve rod housing (1). Tightening torque 1.2 Nm
(10.6 in.lb)

Tension the large hose spring (5) with installation tool part no. 276070.

Insert compression spring (6).

Tighten the valve cover (7) with 2 TAPTITE screw M5x25 (8).

Insert the O-ring 15.9-2.3 (9) into the valve cover.

Turn the adjustment screw (10) into the valve cover (7).
