HOW TO SET UP THE APPLIANCE FOR DIFFERENT PURPOSES
Charcoal Smoking
1.
Assemble
Charcoal Smoker
per above diagram.
2.
Fill water bowl with marinade or water. Do not
overfill the water bowl.
3.
Add desired amount of charcoal to charcoal grate
4.
Light charcoal following directions on charcoal bag.
5.
Add additional charcoal to the charcoal grate through
the door on the smoker bottom
Gas Smoking
1.
Assemble
Gas Smoker
per above diagram
.
2.
Fill water bowl with favorite marinade or water. Do NOT overfill
water bowl. For dry smoking do NOT use marinade or water.
3.
Remove Smoker Bottom (include all components on top of it) from
gas cooker stand. Light burner as outlined in “Lighting Instructions”
section in page 9 in this instruction manual.
4.
When burner is lit, adjust flame to desired level.
Caution:
-
Smoker heats up quickly.
-
Smoker access door is HOT. Wear protective gloves.
-
Never move smoker while in use. Allow unit to cool completely
before moving or handling.
Charcoal Grilling
1.
Assemble
Charcoal Grill
per above diagram.
2.
Add desired amount of charcoal to charcoal grate.
3.
Light charcoal following directions on charcoal bag.
4.
Add additional charcoal to the charcoal grate through
the door on the bottom bowl.
Frying and boiling
1.
Assemble
Gas Fryer
or
Boiler
per above diagram.
2.
Fill the 10QT pot with oil or water.
3
Slowly lower basket into oil or water (Wear Protective Gloves)
4
Light burner as outlined in “Lighting Instruction” section in
page 9 in this instruction manual.

When food is ready to remove, turn OFF the regulator control
valve and then gas cylinder.
