If you set LT2=1 on DCFF1, each time DCFF2 stops then DCFF1 also stops.
If you set LT1=1 on DCFF2, each time DCFF1 stops then DCFF2 also stops.
If you set ST2=1 on DCFF1, DCFF1 is amplitude synchronized (it uses the same A0) with DCFF2.
If you set ST1=1 on DCFF2, DCFF2 is amplitude synchronized (it uses the same A0) with DCFF1.
MENU 18 A-MAX SETTING WITHOUT SRV02 PROBE
– SETTING A0 100 / 1000 STEP
CFF DCFF CFV
The Amax value can be set from this Menu when the SRV02 probe is not present. As previously stated, the
maximum settable value is A0= 10.0 if the probe is not present. If you wish to lower this value, simply do it in
this Menu. To switch the A0 setting to 1000 steps set
(extended A0 = 1) Now Amax value will be A0
= 100.0
MENU 19 SOFT-START AND SOFT-STOP RAMP
CFF DCFF CFV
This Menu is used to enable the soft-start or soft-stop ramp. This function can be used when the vibrator
must stop or start gradually. To set the ramp go to Menu 19: the letters “rp” will appear. If you set 1 the ramp
is active. Use the “PR” key to set the ramp times. On ON, you set the start delay. On OFF, you set the stop
delay.
Times range from 0 to 2 seconds.
MENU 20 A0 SETTING AS DEFAULT PARAMETER
CFF DCFF CFV
This Menu is used to enable changing parameter “A0” directly from the default Menu, without necessarily
going to Menu 2 (set “A0df” = 1 by the “+” key).
On CFF and CFV boards only the value “A0” will be displayed (the same we can find in Menu 2) and by the
“+” and “-“ key it will be possible to change it.
On DCFF boards, when you have selected the board 1 or 2 and pressed “PR”, only the value “A0” will be
displayed (the same we find in Menu 2) and by the “+” and “-“ key it will be possible to change it.
MENU 21 PIECES-COUNTER SETTING AS DEFAULT PARAMETER
CFF DCFF CFV
This Menu is used to set the pieces- counter always on top menu, then without necessarily go to menu 26 to
learn about the value of counting.
On CFF and CFV boards the display will show the message:
In DCFF boards, after selecting
or
and press PR, it will appear
MENU 24 INTERNAL TEMPERATURE
CFF DCFF CFV
Indicates the temperature inside the controller.
MENU 25 VIBRATOR RESONANCE FREQUENCY AND CONDITION SENSORS/RELAIS
CFF DCFF CFV
When calibrating the device, Menu 25 shows the approximate resonance frequency for the vibrator as
calculated by the microprocessor during calibration.
If you press “PR”, we will have some information about the condition of the sensors (even if they have not
been enabled in the respective Menus), if you press the “+” key we will have some information about the
condition of the relais that are on the board; if you press the “-“ key we will display once more the condition of
the sensors and so on.
This Menu can be useful during the wiring or setting-up phases of the board.
