6.5 IF YOU REPLACE THE CONTROL PANEL PCB

(MODELS WITH BACKLIGHTS)

Adjust the light intensity of the backlight.

Refer to

Chapter 8, Section 8.5.5.

6.6 IF YOU REPLACE THE SCANNER UNIT

Reset the type of scanner unit.

Input the type of the CIS (Required for the MFC620CN*/425CN/420CN*/215C,

DCP315CN/120C/117C/115C and MFC210C U.S.A.*)

*Require only for the models with a character “Z” written on the

Rating Label affixed to the back of the machine.

Please reffer to the illustration on the right.
