7.14.2 Garmin PFD / MFD screens

In this AFM only the basic features of the Garmin touch display
installation are explained. For the full range of options, settings, flight
planning and accessible information refer to the Garmin G3X pilot guide.

The Garmin GDU460 displays (pilot+co-pilot) features PFD, MFD and
split screen mode

On Battery bus on the pilot side goes into full screen PFD mode with a
(selectable) map insert and EIS on side bar. After switching on the
Avionic bus the co-pilot side goes full screen MFD mode. The EIS side
bar changes from pilot to co-pilot side.

Several screen options can be selected on either side, independent from
the other side.

On pilot side display failure the PFD is added to the co-pilot display
which goes in split screen mode.
