ZIRKON D060 D – D140 D
21
The following checking intervals should be adhered to:
D060 D – D140 D:
First checking after 3,000 operating hours
(ca. 12 months in double shift operation)
Then every 1,000 operating hours
(ca. 3 months in double shift operation)
Vane change:
NOTE!
The vanes may only be exchanged batch wise!
On reaching or falling below the minimum height A (see table above), the
vanes must be changed batch wise.
After removal of the vanes, the housing and rotary slot must be blown clear.
Then the new vanes are inserted into the rotor slot.
Care should be taken that the insertion is in the correct structural position:
The slanting side of the vane must show to the outside and the slant in the
rotation direction must coincide with the motion of the housing boring.
The housing lid and cover is then re-screwed in.
CAUTION!
BBefore start-up the free movement of the vanes must be checked by turning
the ventilator.
For this, the suction screen or protection cap should be unscrewed.
