attached electrode by unscrewing nut
and bolt. Set aside for later use.
Step 3b
Remove cotter pin and stud from each
burner “foot”. Carefully lift each burner
up and away from valve openings. Set
aside for later use.
Note:
The Sear-X burner is a special
burner and must be installed in
its original position.
Step 4
Use the gas orifice tool to remove the
LP gas valve orifice from main burner
valves through the hole on the firebox
front panel. Repeat this step for all
burner valves in your grill.
Note:
The Sear-X burner has two LP
gas valve orifices.
Step 5
The fryer burner orifice is located
beneath the fryer burner side table.
To allow movement, remove the nuts,
washers and bolts from the top of burner
as shown in Figures 1 & 2. Set all bolts,
washers and nuts aside. Move burner
away from valve opening. Use the gas
orifice tool to remove the LP gas valve
orifice from the burner valve. Re-install
fryer burner.
Note:
All orifices of the grill are
double orifices type (LP gas
and natural gas). You only
remove the LP gas orifice tip.
