Capacitive Touch Control
When the power base is plugged in, the Kettle will be in SLEEP mode. (See Figure 2.)
( ) POWER will begin to appear and then slowly pulse on and off. When ( ) POWER is
pressed, a tone can be heard and the main menu (Figure 3) will appear. Current water
temperature (ºF) will be displayed.

( ) POWER. Press at any time to turn the Kettle ON or OFF.

LCD Digital Thermometer. When programming water temperature, target temperatures will
be displayed. Once a selection has been made, a tone will sound and the current water
temperature (ºF) is shown.

TEMP SET. Press (Temp Set) at any time to choose from 6 pre-set temperatures: 140ºF, 158ºF,
176ºF, 185ºF, 194ºF, 203ºF.
4.
(+) PLUS. Press (+) to advance temperature in 1 degree increments. Press and hold (+)
for rapid Increase.
5.
(–) MINUS. Press (–) to reduce temperature in 1 degree increments. Press and hold (–)
for rapid Decrease.
