on the MDR hardware is correct

MDR Server is not
running all services

1. This applies if the server is connected to a Domain and

the local PC account is not being used

2. MDR server requires administrative rights.
3. Close the MDR-Server Control software by right clicking

the MDR Server Control Taskbar tray icon > Exit

4. Click start, right click MDR-Server control > click Open

file location

5. Right click MDR Server Control > click properties > go to

compatibility tab > tick Run this program and
administrator > click ok.

6. Now open the MDR server control again. You should see

all services connected again.
