4.7 – PREPARING CAPPUCCINO USING
THE CAPPUCCINO MAKER (Optional)
1) Submerge the milk tube (1) in a container with
some fresh milk (recommended temperature:
+4°C).
2) Place a cup with some freshly dispensed coffee
beneath the cappuccino maker (2) and press the
button (3).
3) Once the desired amount has been reached press
the button (3) again to stop dispensing.
NOTE:
The milk’s temperature can be adjusted by turning
the flow regulation screw (4) located on the milk
tube; turning the screw clockwise decreases flow and
increases milk temperature.
4.8 – TURNING OFF THE MACHINE
NOTE:
It is best to turn the machine off only if you don’t
intend to use it for more than 8 hours; this will
limit limescale deposits and power usage.
Before turning off the machine perform
the cleaning operations specified in
the pertinent chapter.
• Turn off the cup-heater resistances by pressing
switches (1) and (2).
• Turn off water heating by pressing switch (3) and
disconnect the power by pressing switch (4).
• Disconnect the differential switch for the machine
and close the water supply tap.
