! CAUTION !

YOU SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO THE

FOLLLOWING SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS!

The IRX infrared receiver was conceived in such a way that it becomes fair changing requirements in the
current supply. It is appropriate both for the enterprise with commercial Alkaline batteries and with NiMH
Akkus. NiCd Akkus can functionality impair and should not if possible not be used. Around damages of the
receivers to avoid they should absolutely consider the different notes for the enterprise with Akkus or
batteries!

Before setting receivers with rechargeable batteries into operation:

As soon as the rechargeable batteries are inserted in the receivers,

these have to be charged

immediately

 and

completely

 in the

designated Charging Tray TK50 (equipped with Original BRÄHLER

power supply PSU-TK50).

Remember: Receivers not changing about 2 or 3 month will result in total discharge. This will cause
the destruction of the rechargeable batteries! Therefore total discharged or defective rechargeable
batteries will not be longer charged and have to be exchanged. In such a case you only may insert a
new set of rechargeable batteries.

We recommend charging the rechargeable batteries every month for approx. 8 hours.

For receivers with batteries into operation:

If receivers (equipped with batteries) are not used during a longer period, the batteries are to be
taken out absolutely.
