Creating a Powerline Network Using the Pair Buttons
1. Minimum 2 x AC 100V ~ 240V power outlets
2. RJ-45 Ethernet Cable x 2
3. Standard home power wiring
4. A computer with the following:
Operating System with TCP/IP installed
Pentium III compatible processor and above
Ethernet LAN card installed with TCP/IP protocol
64 MB RAM or more
50 MB of free disk space (minimum)
To connect a computer to the Powerline Adaptor, you must use an Ethernet
(RJ-45) cable (included).

Remove all packaging from the unit. Retain the packaging.

for purchasing your new Sandstrøm 500Mbps Ethernet Powerline
Adaptor.
We recommend that you spend some time reading this instruction manual in order that
you fully understand all the operational features it offers. You will also find some hints and
tips to help you resolve any issues.
Read all the safety instructions carefully before use and keep this instruction manual for
future reference.
1. Press and hold the Pair button of Powerline Adaptor A for 3-8 seconds
then release, the Power indicator will start flashing.
2. Press and hold the Pair button of Powerline Adaptor B for 3-8 seconds then
release, the Power indicator will start flashing.
3. Wait for about 1 minute while your Powerline Adaptors A and B are
connecting. The Power indicator on both Powerline Adaptors will stop
flashing and will light up
solidly when the
connection is
successful.
