28. Align the motor shaft into the brake clutch assembly
inner race, and lower the motor into position on the
motor adapter. Install the motor bolts and washers,
and torque to 110 lb-ft (150 N-m).
29. Install the remaining motor hoses, valves and fit-
tings, per the drawing below.
NOTE: Some hoists may have steel tubing instead
of hoses.
30. After the assembly is completed, check all fasteners
and fittings for tightness or proper torque, as
required. Ensure all hoses follow correct routing
procedures and none are kinked or twisted.
31. Fill the hoist to the sight gauge level with the proper
gear lubricant. Refer to the oil specifications in
"Preventive Maintenance" section of this manual,
and the latest printing of BRADEN Service Bulletin
503.
