Installation:

Install the latest JAVA software (Version 8 /32-Bit) on your computer. Download it for

free from

•

Install the driver for the USB-CAN adapter. Use the CD Rom or download the latest

driver from

www.peak-system.com

PCAN-USB package

). Install only the driver for

the PCAN-USB.

•

Download the latest Servicemanager from

www.joysteer.ch

(use your login to access

the download area)

•

Connect the USB-CAN adapter to the joysteer system (Connector X301) and start up

the joysteer system.

•

Boot the Servicemanager.

7.3

Remote access Kit

The remote access Kit (RAK) allows the dealer to remotely connect to the customer car without
having the car in the workshop. The Servicemanager can be operated remotely, changing
parameters, reading log, etc.

For remote access the end-customer has to plug in his personal Laptop into the USB slot. The
internet connection goes via local Wi-Fi or a Hot Spot (Mobile phone).

With the delivery of the car the client’s laptop has to be installed with the “Bozzio support client”
and with the Servicemanager.

The minimal requirements of the customer’s laptop are:

OS:

Windows 7 / 8

Windows RT does not work

RAM:

4 GB or more

Resolution:

1280x720 or more

CPU:

Intel i3 or higher

Bozzio is recommending the following Laptop:

Microsoft Surface Pro 3 (i3, 64GB, 4GB RAM) or higher
